Once you clear your LLB exams, you need to collect the provisional degree and all mark sheets, you have to immediately approach your college for getting the attendance certificate and character certificate.
Thereafter go to Bar Council office situated at Khel Gaon Marg near Sirifort Auditorium in or to the extension counter of Bar Council in the Lawyers’ Chamber Block of Delhi High Court or to the library of the Tis Hazari Court to collect the form for enrollment, the price of the form is Rupees one thousand only.
Fill the form completely and attached all the documents accordingly, list of required documents are given as under.
- Complete mark sheets.
- Provisional degree.
- Attendance certificate
- Character certificate
- 10th certificate/mark sheet
- 12th mark sheet
- Around seven to ten passport size photo ( should be in proper dress like an advocate)
After attaching all the documents as above fill the details of two advocates whose practicing is more than 10 years and take the signature on the form of the same advocates.
After completing all the columns given in the form go to the office of the Bar Council of India and submit the form for verification after verification the office advised you to submit the challan you can get the challan from the nearest bank of the Bar Council office.
After reaching to the nearest bank fill the form of challan in the name of the Bar Council of India and deposit it in the bank and submit ten thousand rupees after depositing the amount you can get the receipt from the bank.
After getting the receipt you have to again go to the office of the Bar Council of India and deposit the receipt that was provided by the bank against the deposition of ten thousand rupees.
Thereafter officials of the Bar Councilgiven you another form for ID card and advocate welfare scheme you have to fill and sign on that form in front of the officials of the Bar council.
Now here the part procedure is complete the rest is only that you have to receive a text message after one week from the Bar council, in the text message they sent you the next date of the meeting in the Bar council. In meeting the members of the Bar Councilsimply ask some question relating to the law. Thereafter the procedure for enrollment is completed.
The Bar Councilwill provide you the temporary ID card for practicing.
The permanent practicing card would be provided only after clearance the ALL INDIA BAR EXAM.
The above given procedure shall taken more time for registration now I am going to tell you the Urgent procedure for enrollment.

While you reached the office of the Bar Councilof India you have to tell the officials for the fast enrollment they simply charge more fees for fast enrollment the fees is around 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) after giving fast enrollment fee and deposition of the challan of Rs. 10000/- (ten thousand) that was provided by bank you have to verify all the details of yours and give some declaration the declaration form would be provided by the Bar Council office.
On the very next day you receive you enrollment number via text message and get the temporary practice card.
Alternatively, you may again visit office of Bar Council of India to get your enrolment number.
