Internship include

- Reviewing/vetting of agreements
- Making case summary and legal notices
- Replying and documenting legal queries
- Elucidating current Legal position on various provision of law
- Conduct legal research on real cases.
- Work on brainstorming and pitching ideas for legal research
- Proof-reading peer documents
- Understanding Case file constituents and sequence
- Reading old and ongoing case files
- Condense case files into readable short notes
- Articulate and enumerate proceedings in court
- Taking Client Briefing
- IRAC the case based on briefing
- Legal writing and presentation of legal research
- Helping in the day to day work of our firm.
- Preparation of synopsis for Court cases
- Judgment Analysis and Critique
- Understanding Court procedures in District court, High Court and Supreme Court
- Decorum in various case proceedings/courts.
- Taking adjournments and pass-overs in Court proceedings
By the end of the Internship you would be able to do:
