Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (“policy”) governs the manner in which Tripaksha Litigation collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the TripakshaLitigation.com website (“Web Site”). Privacy Policy (the “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Tripaksha Litigation (“I”, “we,” “us,” “our,” “Web Site” or “Tripaksha Litigation.com”) and the users of the Web Site, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”). References in this Agreement to “users” include Registered Users and includes unregistered users. This privacy policy applies to the Web Site and all its content and services offered by Tripaksha Litigation.

2. Email: For example, someone sends us an email at any of the listed email address i.e. connect@tripakshalitigation.com, any personal information like name, phone number, email address or any other information you may provide
3. Phone: For example, someone calls our registered mobile number +91-7428871505, we may ask for name, phone number or any other information you may provide

Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Web Site related activities and would also hinder with the extent of support / information we can offer.

Integration

This Agreement contains the entire understanding between you and us regarding its subject matter, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings between us, whether oral in writing, regarding its subject matter.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for failing to perform under this Agreement by the occurrence of any event beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, a labor disturbance, an Internet outage or interruption of service, a communications outage, failure by a service provider to perform, fire, terrorism, natural disaster or war.

Changes to this privacy policy

We have the sole discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we may post a notification on the main page of our Web Site, revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. Notice of Agreement

By using this Web Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy, Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer and User agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use our Web Site. Your continued use of the Web Site will be deemed as your acceptance to this policy, Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer and User agreement at present and to any new provisions that may be posted on the Web Site in the future.

Refund policy

No Refund will be processed for services already rendered.
Refunds for all other cases can be addressed on case to case basis upon submission of claim at connect@tripakshalitigation.com
All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Delhi courts
