Order Granting Interim Injunction In Favour Of Plaintiff 22-April-2026 | Tripaksha Litigation Success Story

In a complex civil suit I’m representing the plaintiff, the case titled xyz vs. xyz & Ors., the Hon’ble Court, issued an interim injunction order on July 22, 2026, under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

The lawsuit involves the residential property located at xyz. Defendant Nos. 1 and 2 failed to appear despite service and were proceeded against ex-parte on April 22, 2026.
