Mahila Court, Dwarka Finds Charges under Sections 498A and 406 IPC Unsubstantiated; Accused Acquitted 25-January-2025 | Tripaksha Litigation Success Story

In the case of xyz vs. abc (FIR No. 30/2009), the Mahila Court, Dwarka, acquitted the accused—xyz (husband) of the charge under Section 498A IPC and xyz (mother-in-law) of the charge under Section 406 IPC—on 10.01.2025.
