In a complex civil suit I’m representing the plaintiff, the case titled xyz vs. xyz & Ors., the Hon’ble Court, issued an interim injunction order on July 22, 2026, under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
The lawsuit involves the residential property located at xyz. Defendant Nos. 1 and 2 failed to appear despite service and were proceeded against ex-parte on April 22, 2026. Evaluating the application, the court found that the plaintiff successfully established a prima facie case of sole ownership through a registered Sale Deed dated September 29, 2022, and a registered Relinquishment Deed dated September 9, 2024. With the claims of illegal occupation and threats of alienation remaining unrebutted by Defendant Nos. 1 and 2, the court concluded that the balance of convenience lies in preserving the status quo, and that the plaintiff.
