Successful Divorce Decree on Ground of Cruelty 04-April-2026 | Tripaksha Litigation Success Story

By decree dated 04.04.2026 in HMA No. 993/2022, the Ld. Court of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar Aggarwal, Principal Judge (HQs), Family Courts, South-West District, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi, allowed the petition filed under Section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and granted a decree of divorce in favour of the petitioner.

I represented the petitioner and the petition was pursued on the ground of cruelty. Upon consideration of the material on record, the Court allowed the petition and dissolved the marriage between the petitioner xyz and the respondent xyz.

Accordingly, the marriage between the parties stood dissolved by a decree of divorce under Section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act. NO ALIMONY GRANTED TO THE RESPONDENT.
