Saket Court Successful Defence Leading to Complete Acquittal 21-February-2026 | Tripaksha Litigation Success Story

By judgment dated 21.02.2026 in SC No. 415/2019 arising out of FIR No. 95/2019, registered at P.S. Sun Light Colony under Sections 376/417/376(2)(n)/312 IPC, the Ld. ASJ Mr. xyz (SC-RC), South-East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi, acquitted the accused xyz of all the charges framed against him.

During the course of trial, we strenuously cross-examined the prosecution witnesses, bringing forth inconsistencies and deficiencies in the prosecution’s narrative. After completion of evidence and final arguments, the Court held that the prosecution had failed to establish the allegations beyond reasonable doubt, and that the evidence on record did not meet the threshold required for conviction in a criminal trial.

Accordingly, the accused was acquitted of the offences under Sections 376, 417, 376(2)(n) and 312 IPC.
