One of its kind order in Noida courts , interrogatories application are alien to the procedure and practice of the Noida court. We filed interrogatories application in the DV case of xyz which was filed by his wife, the Councel for the complainant(wife) had refused to reply our interrogatories application on the ground that application is not maintainable, we argued before the court on the maintainablity of our application and also read various judgement of Hon’ble Supreme Court and high court of UP. Hon’ble court agreed on the submission made by us and allowed our application and directed the complainant(wife) to furnish answers to our interrogatories on the next date of hearing without fail.
