sometimes order of maintenance becomes good even for husband. In a similar DV case titled xyz Vs xyz Hon’ble Magistrate Court passed an order of RS.25,000/- maintenance against husband who is being represented by us. But the thing that favors us is wife is already getting maintenance of Rs. 25,000/- from another proceeding and she tried her best before the DV Court to get the maintenance in addition to what she already is receiving, after our arguments judge was inclined to allow RS. 25,000/- in DV matter but accepted our plea and consolidated both the maintenance. which means we would not be paying any more maintenance and RS. 25,000/-maintenance from the DV Court becomes NIL.
