Rohini Court Interim Bail Granted Despite Subsisting Look Out Circular 12-February-2026 | Tripaksha Litigation Success Story

By order dated 12.02.2026 in Bail Application No. 3000/2025 arising out of FIR No. 534/2025 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC, P.S. Ashok Vihar, the Ld. ASJ granted interim protection from arrest to the Applicant, despite a subsisting Look Out Circular (LOC) issued against him.

It was contended that the matter arose out of matrimonial discord; that the Applicant, residing in Botswana, had clean antecedents and was willing to join investigation; and that no custodial interrogation was required. The Court, considering the mandate of Arnesh Kumar vs. State of Bihar, directed the Applicant to join investigation and ordered that no coercive steps be taken against him till the next date.

Significantly, interim protection was secured for over a month notwithstanding the active LOC and the Applicant’s presence in India, thereby safeguarding his liberty pending further proceedings.
